When The New York Times® (NYT) fails to deliver (and they always do so) … who do you call …  NewsBusters®.  Many believe, and I count myself among the many, that the NYT should be more aptly called The New York Slimes (NYS). Most who have sense enough to question their veracity, often find that the NYS and their ilk (large and small) make the news, rather than simply report the news. That’s why many are turning to blogs and organizations such as NewsBusters to get the complete unbiased report on the “reports.”

Robert Steiner and this writer have recently posted articles dealing with Pelosi‘s allegations lies regarding the CIA‘s withholding of information from the privy few. We have pointed out that the information supposedly withheld by the CIA, and more importantly commanded to secrecy by former Vice President Cheney, was old and formerly revealed news.  But, the NYS bandied their misinformation about like so much truth and veracity, that is, until the yolk on their face became the joke on their masthead.

After all is said and done, it would seem that once a fact is known, the NYS and time cannot change the fact.
