Brindle  the dog left Virginia ten years ago and an eight year old girl recently found him in Oklahoma in bad physical shape. A trip to a local veterinarian revealed an implanted chip with the dog’s and owner’s identifying information.

The owner was contacted through Facebook and a reunion is planned. Seems Brindle could open the front door and let himself out, but he never quite got the knack for ringing the doorbell to regain entry.  Brindle’s owner is anxious to find out why he left to begin with.
