It happens that ugly, as beauty, is in the “eye of the beholder.” And it has been said that, ” beauty is skin deep, but ugly goes to the bone.”  Either way, this naked bird has appeal as a survivor.  Oscar is a lady and is treated as such by her current keeper.  You can read a story about Oscar in The Sun.  She appears comfortable in her femininity … don’t you think?
