Jim Hammond Book Signing and Interactive Talk
Event Title: What Wine Really Tastes Like
Where: Edgewood Community Library
Date & Time: January 19 at 6:00 pm
New Mexico author Jim Hammond will discuss:
- The methodology of wine tasting
- The three acts of a wine’s flavor profile
- Tuning your wine palate
- How to choose the best wine for your palate
- Where to find great wine value
Jim will also read selections from his book on the history of grape growing and winemaking in New Mexico, and wine etiquette.
Copies of his book, “Wines of Enchantment: A Guide to Finding and Enjoying the Wines of New Mexico” shall be available for purchase at $8.00.
