Quote Freely From The Article – Leave The Pseudonym Alone

Said to be similar, but different in several ways, the Coffee Party and the Tea Party both say they want change and that their government (or governments) no longer work for each party’s respective proponents.

The fledgling Coffee Party and the more or less grown-up Tea Party (comparatively speaking) are not likely to join hands and become one, but both purport to seek the unsatisfied and the disenfranchised.  Will there be wars of words and battles at the bulwarks of political theory, and if so, who will win the battles and wars?  Political parties in the United States seem always to leave one thirsting for something more from something more.  Besides the adherents of both groups seem to agree that they are not seeking to be third or fourth political parties.  At least, it seems so, but then parties do get out of control and take on a life unfamiliar to the original organizers.

As for me, I’ll take coffee as my beverage and tea as my party, so long as it (Tea Party) remains aloof from existing political parties and doesn’t strive to become just another political party.
