Edgewood Chamber Friday Blast For 4/13/12

 POSTED AS A COMMUNITY SERVICE BY GADABOUT-BLOGALOT

  Friday Blast
              April 13, 2012

    Your Chamber,
Working for you…

If you are a chamber member, you can leave your business cards, rack cards and flyers at the Visitors center inside the South door to the Library.  Be sure to get your information over here.  It’s part of your benefit as an Edgewood Chamber member! Stop by the office to see Madeline if you have any questions.
 Martha Eden appointed to fill  vacant  Chamber board seat.
Martha, who is owner of Eden Investments, and  a top seller at ReMax Western Heritage Realty has been a volunteer with the Edgewood Chamber for years, and her strong management skills will be appreciated.

Roger Alink of Wildlife West was the luncheon speaker this past Wednesday.
He filled us in on the many activities available at Wildlife West for the summer. We will be posting them in the Blast’s upcoming editions.  Thanks, Roger, for your time and the interesting presentation.
We  welcomed our new Mayor Brad Hill to the meeting. He talked about some of the things he is already doing to support our business community. We are looking forward to the many projects we can get involved with to help bring new businesses to the area, and help to “grow” our existing businesses!

++++++++++++++++++++++Edgewood Maps
It’s time to order new maps for Edgewood. These maps enjoy wide distribution!  We have gone through almost all of the maps printed in the last run in 2008.  There are advertising opportunities for all of you who want to be included in Edgewood’s only complete street map.
 Ad sales have now begun, and will run through the end of May.  Some of the premiere positions are already gone, but there are still great positions for your business.
Call the office if you want more information.
