Forbes magazine writer, William Baldwin explains how states in this nation have, in some cases, tipped-over to roll towards the abyss under the Fiscal Cliff. Baldwin calls them Death Spiral States. Once again New Mexico has the sad distinction of being the worst (1.53-1) in Forbe’s 11 worst, followed by Mississippi (1.49-1)
