Happening in maryland … Surely happening in new mexico

This one comes from pjmedia.com A serious flap of the cap to them for their hard work in delivering the details

An election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years.

Massive Voter fraud In Maryland?

James O’Keefe Seeks Relief — From Big Print Media

Readers will remember Mr. O’Keefe and his work through Project Veritas on discovery of possible voter fraud in New Hampshire during its recent primary to choose a Republican presidential nominee.  If not, it is because the MainScream (MS) media neglected to inform the citizens of the state, much less the nation..

Mr. O’Keefe suffered blogslog slings and arrows, along with verbal barbs from the governor of New Hampshire and other officials of that state.  Comes Mr. O’Keefe with a slingshot of his own in the form of a suit against a New Jersey newspaper

PARAMUS, NEW JERSEY– On New Hampshire Primary Day, Project Veritas, while violating no laws, exposed the ease in which voter fraud can occur in states lacking voter identification requirements.

Project Veritas’ work has been praised by New Hampshire’s legislative leaders, yet the reaction also includes articles by large media organizations that stated false and defamatory statements and articles.

The New Jersey Star-Ledger editorial board reported O’Keefe “committed a felony by fraudulently obtaining a ballot in the name of another person; [broke] New Hampshire law by recording another person.” Additionally the Star-Ledger Editorial board wrote January 22nd, O’Keefe is “still on probation for trying to tap the phone of Sen. Mary Landrieu.  The Star-Ledger had previously printed a retraction for this claim on November 3rd, 2010.

Perhaps there is a lesson for the “intrepid fact gatherers” (meaning the  MS media) hidden in the arrogance of their mantra … perhaps not.  But the result of their jaw-dragging efforts is a joy to see when they are brought to task:

Project Veritas’ president, James O’Keefe commented, “Media outlets obviously intent on protecting a system that fosters voter fraud, have defamed me by claiming I and PV committed voter fraud. The Star-Ledger even went so far as to print a ‘trying to tap phones lie’ after retracting that lie over a year ago, when presented with court documents that proved the contrary.”

“It is my experience that demanding retractions from dishonorable people only leads to dishonorable retractions.  Therefore, today I started a campaign to combat media organizations that state or repeat malicious lies about my work.”

The lawsuit filed this morning against the New Jersey Star Ledger seeks monetary damages and an injunction compelling them to print another retraction with language approved by the court.

In New Hampshire Dead People & Zombies May Vote

This came by way of Ralph Hill.  You may want to donate to Project Veritas since progressives hate the organization and the Demos in New Mexico are fighting against Voter ID with all they have:

Dead People Or Zombies Get Ballots In New Hampshire

That’s “Live Free Or Die.” & And vote whether you’re dead or not!.

Do yourself a favor and access the “Related Articles,” found below and especially the last three to hear the progressive and socialist bloggers and those that comment there squeal like a pig caught in a gate.  By the way, their governor recently vetoed a Voter ID bill.  Wonder why — go figure!

Another thing.  I’m surprised Media Matters is so far out this one, but they may show up yet.  Most all of the progressive blogs and their commenters talk about “dumb,” O’Keefe and many purport to know the law in New Hampshire, along with federal law which may apply. We’ll see, I guess, but I have to believe he has someone (perhaps New Hampshire’s AG) protecting his back and that this was a sanctioned undercover investigation.
